Tell us a little about your self?
Hey I’m Charlie! I’m the customer service executive at 304 aside from keeping customer’s happy I teach yoga classes. I love keeping fit and active! A long walk finished with sitting in a country pub, in the middle of nowhere with a glass of red would be my perfect day out!
How did you get into Fashion?
I have always been interested in fashion, the way you can wear an outfit to express your own style and personality. Teaching my classes I think about comfort and style, after finishing a class I’d still want to feel comfortable enough to pop to the shops in a pair of leggings and a hoodie!
What’s was the key factor in deciding to join the growing 304 family?
I was lucky enough to be taken on by 304 during the pandemic and I could not be happier! I have never felt so welcome and comfortable in a place of work, everyone is so kind and there is such a family feel to the company, the drive and passion everyone has is inspiring! Can’t wait to see what’s next for 304!
What are you most excited about outside of work?
Progression with my yoga.
Where would you like to see your self this time next year?
Teaching more yoga & mindfulness classes, moving into a house and achieving a 5* rating for 304 customer service 😊
What do you think 304’s USP is and why do you think they are still growing when other companies have petered out?
304’s own unique design looks so stylish yet comfortable. Everyone loves comfort and why not add to that, the plus side of the recent pandemic everyone will be at home and what better way to work from home than in some great quality clothing! Plus the new app recently launched means you can shop on the go anywhere, anyplace!
