Tell us a little about yourself?

 

Hey my name is Georgia, u can call me Gee it’s easier. I’m all about making life easy! In between doing a Art and Textiles education, I shared a massive Love for dance and exercise. I have a huge passion for fashion and sports/ Casual wear. Also living the Veggie life & living it. 

 

 

How did you get into Fashion?

Ever since a little girl, I knitted with my Nan creating blankets and jumpers. Pushing on to do art in school, further going to collage for Textile for print designing which lead me to doing a Textile Design Degree at NTU (Nottingham Trent University) where I studied knitted fashion textiles. I love using my creativity in every aspect of life and really enjoy seeing the outcome to my ideas. 

 

 

What’s was the key factor in deciding to join the growing 304 family?

 

 

I’m a big fan of the 304 Aesthetic, Style and Vibe. Seeing the job application advertising I jumped on the opportunity straight away. Being invited for the interview was such an exciting process and soon as I met the team I fell in love with the hole job! 304 push me to use all my ability’s in every aspect of the business from designing to markets to printing and finishing processes. Which is one of the main things I like about the business. Everyday is something different, always keeping busy! 

 

What are you most excited about outside of work? 

Dance! Holla at me if you wanna dance off!

Where would you like to see your self this time next year?

Progressing within 304, development my skills and amazing to achieve a lot in the beginning of my career in design/ fashion. Hopefully on a well deserved getaways to a tropical country to reflect on all the successes and monumental growth team 304 has made in a year.

 

What do you think 304’s USP is and why do you think they are still growing when other companies have petered out?

The distinctive individual identity. Everyone who works in a team fit the aesthetic and purpose of the business perfectly. Creating a authentic way of processing design and prints, creating a range of garments and products to give the sports/urban/streetwear clothing market what it wants before it even knows it.
