  • Where is My Order?

    We aim to ship all orders in 1 working day however from time to time this may increase due to higher order volumes. We manually heat press all orders at 304 to avoid any wastage and excess stock. In turn this can take a little longer for us to get out of the door. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is despatched. Please always check your junk folder just in case :)

  • How Do I Return An Item For Exchange / Refund?

    We do offer a worldwide returns service, this is free for UK customers and step by step instructions on how to send back a returns, you can find on our website here: Returns

  • I Have Processed A Return But Not Heard Anything Yet?

    Returns after arrival may take up to 5 days to process so please bare with us. Once your return has been processed, one of the team will email you to say it has been completed. If you think there is a problem with your return then email us with your name, order number and what you returned to us so we can try and locate for you.

  • I Have Not Received An Order Confirmation?

    It will likely be in your junk email. If you can't find it, jump on our live chat with your name and address on the order and we can confirm it for you.

  • I Have Received a Faulty Item, What Do I Do?

    Please send us a picture with your order number and the name of the product and one of our customer service team will be in touch to resolve the issue for you.

  • Order Dispatched But Not Received

    Tracking information gets sent to your email via our couriers so check your junk if you have not received it. If you can not locate your tracking then please email the help team on help@304clothing.com and we will work to assist you.
