DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Returns Process:

• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and labels attached.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging.
• Returns must be sent at the customer's expense using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels without tracking.
• Any costs incurred by the customer for returns or postage will be reimbursed in the form of a discount code.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds are available only to the original payment method used.
• Items from Mystery Boxes, Bundles, and Custom-Made products are only eligible for credit notes or size exchanges.
• Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process and up to 14 working days to appear back in your account.
• Exchanges are allowed once per order. Alternatively, you can reorder a different size and return the original item for a refund.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be free of stains, marks, or damages. Any items returned in a condition that does not meet our standards will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
• Refunds are processed based on the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
