customer retention operative

304 are recruiting for a new Customer Retention Operative to be the main point of contact between the brand and our customers.

We would prefer the candidate to have previous customer services experience ideally in e-commerce and be willing to work with the management team to ensure the processes are streamlined and working effectively. 

Within the Customer Retention Operative role you will be expected to undertake  the following key tasks; 

Job Description

To investigate and resolve all customer enquiries

To answer all live chat conversation upon a daily basis 

To answer all customer service queries on social media including inboxes & comments via software platform

Manage returns and exchanges

Own 304’s review score and maintain performance rating and answer all reviews in a timely manner

Process lost parcel claims on weekly basis - lists build up throughout week then batch claims are sent

Respond to all Shopify chargebacks 

Report key performance indicators and data to line manager and wider team

Key Core Skills required

Computer literate and comfortable working on Excel and Gorgias software

Outgoing, a good team player and able to work in a fast paced office environment

Trustworthy

Able to adapt and problem solve on the job

Working within the fast paced studio space, there will be times where you would be required to do other tasks which would fall outside of the above list, you would also be expected in down times to be proactive in your application to your own work.

Office based. Location Kings Norton, Birmingham

content creator & social media exec

304 are recruiting for a new Content Creator to be part of the Marketing team at 304.

We would prefer the candidate to have previous experience ideally in social media and content creating and be willing to work with the management & marketing team to ensure the content is created and distributed across key accounts in line with the brands marketing plan.

Within the Content Creator & social media operative role you will be expected to undertake  the following key tasks;

Job Description

To primarily create content in line with brand guidelines & marketing plan

To ensure content is distributed across key accounts, in line with the marketing schedule and plan

To come up with strategies to push 304’s social media channels to new levels

To achieve growth across all key accounts against company KPI’s

Report social media performance weekly & monthly to management

To be able to pick up accounts; Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Email, Twitter, Instagram, Blog & any other new accounts that are in line with the brand

Manage and handle the 304 influencer programme

Key Core Skills required

Experience with creating content for TikTok

Facebook Business Manager experience

Photography & video skills

Copy writing

Time Management

Account management

Working within a fast paced SME business
