RETURNS PROCESS:
At 304 we offer lifetime returns.
If you live in the UK, European Union or USA we offer a fully tracked returns label service via the below link. 
Customers can CLICK HERE to raise a return/exchange and generate a label on our Returns Portal. (Ensure '#' is added before your order number)
Labels are FREE to UK customers. Customers living in the EU & USA can pay a small fee of £10 to use this tracked returns service.
Please ensure that you only send back items assigned to the relevant order number. Do not mix orders within a single label.
Customers from outside of the UK, European Union & USA will need to manually send your order to the address below. Please ensure a tracked service is used as we cannot account for any lost parcels that have no tracking.

  • 304 CLOTHING OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDIT NOTES ON WEBSITE ITEMS. ANY MYSTERY BOXES AND BUNDLES WILL BE REFUNDED VIA E-CREDIT NOTE.
  • 304 CLOTHING DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS ON OUR CUSTOM BUILDER. 
  • WE ONLY OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED TO MAKE THE ORDER.
  • YOU CAN REQUEST TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM TO AN ALTERNATIVE SIZE OR STYLE. PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILS OF EXCHANGE ON YOUR ORDER SLIP OR IN THE RETURNS PORTAL. **PLEASE NOTE ONLY ONE EXCHANGE CAN BE PROCESSED PER ORDER**
  • YOU CAN OPT TO RE-ORDER AN ALTERNATIVE SIZE ONLINE AND SEND BACK YOUR INITIAL ORDER. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR YOUR INITIAL ORDER AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM(S) BACK. 

I'VE PAID WITH KLARNA - HOW DOES RETURNS WORK?

  • Refunds can take up to 5 - 10 working days to show on your account.
  • Remember that regardless of where your items were shipped from, you can follow our usual returns process for all of them.
  • You have 30 days to pay your Klarna invoice

  • If you have returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, and you're near the end of your invoice period, we'd recommend extending the deadline to avoid payment charges.

  • If you have any questions about extending your invoice, please contact Klarna Customer Services. 304 CLOTHING aren't able to extend your invoice.

  • You'll automatically receive a reminder from KLARNA if you pass the date of payment shown on your invoice. If you have received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact Klarna customer services.
Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments. 
  • We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.
  • You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge.
  • Any refunded orders will be charged a £2.99 restocking fee. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions
  • Any faults or quality issues must be logged to help@304clothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Any complaints after this time will not qualify. 
  • Please ensure that you include the packing slip from your purchase inside your returned parcel.
  • Allow 1-2 working days after delivery for returns to be quality checked and processed onto our system.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-4 working days after this point.
  • Refunds take up to 12 working days to go back into your account and only be refunded to the card used to make the purchase online.

    Delivered within 2 working days from dispatch. Tracking is sent out automatically on your shipping confirmation so that you can track the progress of your order.
    UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
    Orders placed before 3.30pm GMT will be delivered within 1 working day. This is a tracked service and details will be sent via text if you enter your mobile number when placing an order.
