Returns Policy 🔁

At 304 Clothing, we want you to love your order — but if there’s an issue, we're here to help.

All of our products are made specifically to order, meaning each item is individually produced once a customer places their order. Because of this made-to-order process, our products fall under the “goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised” exemption within the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a result, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to 304 Clothing purchases.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, wanting a different colour or style, or any other preference-based reason. Please ensure you check sizing and product details carefully before completing your order.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items ⚠️

We only accept returns where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

If you believe your item falls into one of these categories, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery using the Contact Us form on our website.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect or error

To be considered for review, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and condition, and have all tags attached.

Replacements & Refunds ✅

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement of the same item where possible. If the item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover or reimburse reasonable return postage.

Exchanges 🔄

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges.
If an exchange is approved due to a product fault, the replacement will be produced once the original item has been returned and inspected.
