We currently offer shipping across the UK with the following details:

📦 Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked)
Delivery takes 3–5 working days. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £6 per order. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Important Notes
We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

❌ Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed or lost by the courier, please contact us via our Contact Us form. We will liaise with Royal Mail and do our best to resolve the issue swiftly.

International Shipping – Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance processes.
